Orders

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors.
We may limit quantities on certain items.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery (COD), credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
For COD orders, payment is due upon delivery.

Liability

Omran Supplies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amman.
