Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom stamps and seals
  • Opened ink cartridges and toners
  • Clearance and sale items

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return/exchange.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. We will arrange pickup or you can drop it off at our store.
  4. Once received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.
